Case falls off the device:

• Ensure that you have purchased the correct case for your AirPods model
• The AirPods case contains double-sided tape on the inside of the lid. It must be peeled off to prevent the case from slipping off.

Case print doesn’t align:

The print on them is printed separately, and the covers are assembled together later on. Due to this reason, the pattern might not always fully align, however, it is not considered to be a defect.

• If you see clear damage, scratches, wear and tear, see the article "I’ve received a broken or defective product"
• If the case is visibly a different size than your device, see the article "The case is too large, doesn’t fit, wrong size"
