Can I return my power bank from outside the EU?Updated 4 months ago

Currently, returns are only accepted from EU countries due to shipping regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns from other regions, including the UK, Switzerland, and the rest of the world. We’re actively working on expanding our return options to more countries.
