Our regular Snap cases are not MagSafe-compatible, as they do not have built-in magnets to ensure a strong, reliable magnetic connection. If you’d like to use MagSafe accessories, we offer a dedicated MagSafe-compatible case option.
Does it work with wireless charging?
Yes! The Snap case is thin and has no metal parts, so you can charge wirelessly without taking it off.
Do BURGA cases contribute to phone heating?
Not at all! Our cases don’t contribute to phone heating. If your phone feels warm, it’s usually down to what’s happening inside it, like running apps or charging, or to the environment around it.

Is there glitter on the cases?
The design of the phone cases is printed onto the surface using various printing techniques. It's important to note that these designs are flat and do not include glitter or other textures (unless specifically mentioned), ensuring longevity.
What’s in the ink you use?
Our sublimation inks are made of around 98% water and 2% pigments. They’re also free from alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs), which makes them a more eco-friendly choice.
