• Is the BURGA Puffer Case compatible with MagSafe charging?    
  • Due to its padded design, the BURGA Puffer Case is not compatible with MagSafe charging. The thicker, cushioned surface weakens the magnetic connection, preventing the charger from working effectively. You'll need to remove the case to charge your phone using MagSafe.
• Is the BURGA Puffer Case compatible with wireless charging?    
  • Yes, the Puffer Case is compatible with most wireless chargers.  You do not need to remove the case for wireless charging.
• Does the BURGA Puffer Case offer drop protection?    
  • Yes, the case is designed to offer excellent shock absorption and protection against drops, bumps, and everyday wear, and it works the same as our regular ELITE phone case.
• How do I clean the BURGA Puffer Case?    
  • To clean the case, gently wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid using bleach, alcohol, or harsh cleaning agents.
• Is the BURGA Puffer Case bulky?    
  • Despite its puffer design, the case is lightweight and slim, protecting without adding unnecessary bulk to your phone.
